Cub Scouts!

Joshua is finally a cub scout! And HE LOVES IT. He's practically read the entire book already! He is so excited about it. He earned his Bobcat in only a couple of weeks. So Mom got to be "pinned". I couldn't be happier! What a great kid.

Brent's Wedding

Brent and Kirstie got married on January 14th, 2011. It was a wonderful day. We love Kirstie and couln't be happier for them!!! What a beautiful couple!

It's great to be eight!!!

I can hardly believe that my Joshua is old enough to be baptized! What a wonderful boy. He had a beautiful, and very spiritual baptism. It was a cold snowy night, but it was so warm inside. He was so excited to be baptized, and is now trying his best to choose the right.

This face says it all......

He actually LOVES Breanne! Thank heaven for her. What a great big sister. But she sometimes comes and holds him when he would rather be with mommy. I just love that I captured that exact moment when he looked right at me and seem to communicate: "please help me mom!" I quickly did.

A visit from Seth's family:

Seth and Caroline came up for Joshua's baptism the week after Christmas. It was a lot of fun, as always. Especially because their kids (who are from Arizona) got to experience SNOW! Again, I got Tonz more pics, but here are some of the highlights....


Sadie just loved Brigham, and she would play peek-a-boo with him. So cute.

Chad brought down the Wii's Rock Band game. It was fun for everyone!!!


Sledding! It was SO COLD! Like 15 degrees cold. But we braved the weather and went sledding. It was a lot of fun too.

Christmas Day!

We have a fireplace, but it is down stairs. So Santa brought the stockings up, to be by the rest of the presents.
Awe... Christmas morning. It is so magical.

Breanne REALLY wanted a guitar. Thanks Santa!

After opening presents at our house, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Jardine's to have yummy waffels and strawberries. Oh, and Presents!!!

What a great idea.....! :)

Then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Mortensen's. Uncle Brent was there when we arrived.
