Pumpkin Carving

What a fun tradition. The kids always have fun going to the store and picking out their pumpkins, and then carving them the following week. I actually grew two pumpkins this year. I was hoping to grow enough for everyone, but I'll take getting two good pumpkins...considering I just threw some seeds into the old trampoline pit. Anyway, here we are carving our jack-o-lanterns!

Mommie Muffin Day

I went to Breanne's kindergarten for Mommy Muffin Day. It was a lot of fun. We got to have muffins, then read stories together. I'm so grateful that I'm able to participate in things like this with my kids. And a special thanks to Melissa for tending. What a wonderful girl Breanne is. I'm so glad to be her "Mommy!"

And then we had Five!

The snake.

THIS IS NOT A REAL SNAKE!

Okay, now that you know that, you can know that this is a "growing snake". It started out this size. (Note the ovals in the tub for relativity.)

And here it is 2 days later. (Note the ovals in the tub.) It could have grown longer, but we had to take it out for construction reasons. We'll see. Check back later for more growth updates.

Big Brother

I finally got Josh to hold Brigham. Now don't get me wrong... He loves his little brother a lot, but he just hasn't been to interested in holding him (unlike Breanne...who can't hold him enough). So this was the time. Super cute though. I think Joshua will be a great example to his younger brothers. He is such a good boy.

Happy Birthday Breanne!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BREANNE!

Breanne turned 6! She had a fun day! I was able to go into her kindergarten class and read a story while she passed out treats. Then we had a fun family party. She also had a friend party on Saturday which was really fun. She wanted an "ART" party, which turned out great because my mom just retired from teaching elementary art. So she came and taught the kid how to do some fun projects, and the kids loved it.
We love Breanne. She is a big helper with the new baby, and is a joy to have around. She has a great imagination, and lots of friends. She loves Kindergarten. She is already reading and counting really well, and continues to excel. Happy Birthday my sweet girl.... It wont be long before 6 is 16. I just have to enjoy you everyday, in every stage of your life.

The Teddy Bear that Grandma and Grandpa Jardine gave her! Check out how big it is. She loves it!

Eli turned 4!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELI!
Our sweet Eli turned 4! He had a fun friend party, and a family party. He got a lot of really fun presents and was so cute as he showed his appreciation! He especially loved his new Super Mario Bros. outfit, a gun, and a game boy. But he really did LOVE everything he got. He was so cute. It made for a fun party. We love Eli. He is a really sweet boy. He is very loving towards his new baby brother, and plays really well with his other brothers and sister. He loves going to preschool, and is doing really well. He can already count to 100! And is now writng his name as "E.L.I .4" instead of "E.L.I .3".... because now he is 4. What a good boy. We love Eli!

"UP"

I came across the cutest blog and stole this idea. Hopefully there will be more to come, as I take as stab at this creative way to photograph my sleeping baby. http://milasdaydreams.blogspot.com

Brigham's Hospital Picture.

Isn't he the cutest! This picture was to good to pass up. He had his eyes all open and everything. See, this gal comes around in the hospital and takes a professional picture of your baby when they are just a day old. I just had to get it.

Happy Birthday Eli!

Every year I let my kids pick a theme for their birthday party. This year, Eli chose a video game called Castle Crashers. The party turned out really fun. Happy Birthday Eli!

"My Black Blanky"

All of my kids love their blanky's, but Scott right now walks aroud with his blanket on his head. It is so cute (except when he takes it outside, or through the spilled cold cereal...and then needs to be washed.) He especially loves his "Black" blanket, but he also has a "blondie", and a blue one. (He also loves playing computer games.)

Progress on the house.

Siding and Windows going in. (Before and After photo's to come. But for now, here is a picture of the progress.

Eli Holding Brigham

Too cute. What a good big brother.
